Medipro Healthcare & Business Accountants was founded to bring genuinely specialist accounting
and tax advice to two communities held with equal
depth — healthcare professionals and
business owners —
through a team that already lived in this work.
Medipro brings together experienced senior professionals who have each spent more than a
decade serving Australian businesses and professionals, including Della Wood (CPA,
Registered Tax Agent), Arpit Anand (CPA), Sanjeev Sharma (MPA), and Jayhar Hariharan
(MBA Finance, B.Com Accounting), collectively offering extensive expertise across accounting,
taxation, business services, finance, and lending.

Jayhar Hariharan brings extensive experience across accounting, finance, healthcare
operations, and business management. He is responsible for the firm’s business services,
strategic growth initiatives, operational development, and client engagement activities, with a
particular focus on medical professionals, healthcare businesses, and growing enterprises.
Drawing on experience across professional services, lending, healthcare, and technology,
Jayhar works closely with clients and specialist advisers to support business growth,
operational efficiency, and long-term financial success.
In addition to his role at Medipro, Jayhar holds leadership positions across finance, healthcare,
and workforce services, including Director of Griffin Professional Mortgages (Licensee of
Elders Home & Commercial Finance), Director of VJ Medical Pty Ltd (Medical Practice), and Investor and Strategic Advisor at Health Jobs Australia (Healthcare Recruitment).

Della Wood is a Certified Practising Accountant with more than 15 years of experience across
public practice, audit, taxation, and business services, she provides strategic taxation and
compliance support to individuals, medical professionals, and small-to-medium enterprises.
Her professional experience includes senior audit and accounting roles with leading firms
including Crowe Horwath Australia, together with extensive experience in taxation, business
advisory, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Since 2020, Della has also been
Principal of DNA Accounting & Business Solutions, where she has continued to support
business owners and professionals with practical taxation and business solutions.
As Medipro's supervising tax agent, Della oversees the firm's taxation services and is
responsible for ensuring tax engagements are delivered in accordance with the Tax Agent
Services Act 2009, Tax Practitioners Board requirements, and applicable professional
standards.
Della's approach combines technical expertise with practical commercial advice, helping clients
navigate taxation obligations, improve business performance, and achieve long-term financial
objectives.

taxation, and compliance matters. As Head of Accounting at Medipro Accountants, he is
responsible for leading the firm's accounting and compliance delivery, ensuring clients receive
accurate, timely, and commercially focused support.
His expertise spans financial reporting, taxation, capital gains tax, accounting standards, and
business compliance, with a strong focus on helping clients navigate increasingly complex
financial and regulatory environments. Arpit is known for his methodical approach, technical
excellence, and commitment to delivering practical outcomes that support long-term business
and financial success.
By combining deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of client needs, Arpit
plays a key role in helping Medipro clients build, manage, and grow their businesses with

range of taxation and compliance matters. As Head of Taxation Services at Medipro
Accountants, he is responsible for leading the firm's taxation function and ensuring clients
receive accurate, practical, and commercially focused tax support.
His expertise spans income tax, business taxation, GST, capital gains tax, financial reporting,
and regulatory compliance. Sanjeev is known for his methodical approach, technical capability,
and ability to simplify complex taxation matters, enabling clients to make informed decisions
